Being a client of Yael Levin, you are most invited to arrive and / or send your jewelry for refinish & cleaning at any time you see fit. In addition you are most welcome to consult with yael levin regarding repairs or treatment of any other gold jewelry you may have.

Return product within 2 business days at clients own expense. refund will be given after 5% reduction of purchase price due to payment commissions which are nonrefundable & after the item has arrived beck without any flaws. 
Replace product within 3 months of purchase date, and without flaws caused by use.

Custom made or adjusted items are not refundable or replaceable. 

Yael Levin is not responsible for any local tax, costumes or any other additional payment that might be charged according to recipient country. 

Warranty details 

Yael levin designs & creates high quality jewelry, made with Great concern for details and using the finest & most resilient materials. Therefor she is proud to grant her clients a lifetime warranty, providing a reasonable use for the product.

In any case of a flaw or mishap regarding the product, yael levin will fix the product to the best of her experience & knowledge. Had it been decided after close examination that any flaw was caused as a result of accident or misuse, the client will bare the fee of all expenses necessary for repairs, including shipping costs.

Warranty does not include natural erosion such as abrasions, stretching, deformations or scratches on the surface of the gold & gemstones. Warranty does not include accidental or willful misuse of the product . Also, warranty does not include product that went through any treatment anywhere but yael levin's workshop. Having that stated, most mishaps are reparable & some repairs may require payment for cost.
