Return & Exchange terms do not apply to custom made or altered products, but only for items purchased as they are online.
It is very important for us that you are happy with your jewelry, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 2 business days of receiving the item, and be refunded. Returned Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us to receive a replacement. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return or exchange please include your full name & email with a detailed request for a smooth process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus 5% service fee will be applied.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
